No cost and no obligation. The consultation, itinerary draft, pacing advice and rate breakdown are free. You only pay if you decide to confirm your vehicle, chauffeur and stays.
How flexible is the itinerary once generated?
Completely. A destination planner will change hotel categories, add rest days, modify detours or change vehicle size (e.g. Ertiga to Innova Crysta or Urbania) based on your feedback.
What is the payment schedule?
Typically a 20% advance secures vehicles and room allocations, 50% is due on Day 1 and the balance midway through the trip. Exact terms are written on your quote.
What happens if passes close due to weather or landslides?
Our operations desk tracks road and pass status. If Rohtang, Zoji La or other passes close, your driver and our regional team switch to a safe alternative route.
Are driver allowances, tolls and interstate taxes included?
Yes. Every quote itemises driver allowance (bhatta), tolls, green tax permits and hill surcharges so there are no surprises on the road.
